1. During check out, items may disappear out of your cart.

If there's a variety you want, please check out quickly. A product may be in your cart but that does not guarantee purchase until you have completed the check out process. The system will pull inventory automatically if another customer completes their purchase before you. We have tripled our stock this year and hopefully this will give everyone a chance to get the tubers they want. We sincerely apologize for any frustration this process may cause. We are aware of this issue and are working to find a solution for future sales.

At this time, we are unable to combine orders.

2. Can I use your photos?

Woodside Flower Co. retains the legal copyright and ownership of these images. It is illegal to crop, modify, scan, and reproduce artwork in any manner without our written permission. The federal copyright law protects the copyright of these images. When using images on the internet or any social media sites, proper credits with linkbacks must be included on every image.

Please do not take any images from our blog, website, or social media channels without permission. Thank you!

3. Is Woodside open to the public? Can I come for a quick visit or take some photos?

Thank you for your interest in visiting us! At this time, we are closed to the public.

4. When will products marked as "Sold Out" be available again?

Products marked as “Sold Out” will likely not be restocked this spring/summer season. Be sure to use the Sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on availability announcements.

5. When will my order be shipped?

Our small team will fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery times from the shipping carriers. Any current shipping delays will be communicated at the top of the cart page.

Orders placed Friday–Sunday will ship out the following week. We are unable to expedite orders at this time.
